I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, offering stunning views of the ocean and waterways. While the hotel is on the smaller side, it felt cozy and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and courteous staff that made my experience even more enjoyable. The prime beachfront location, just a short distance from Surfers Paradise, provided a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The dining options were delightful, although a bit pricey compared to local cafes. Overall, a great value for the money with a lovely atmosphere and top-notch service.

The hotel room was clean and basic, although the pillows were all very fat, making it hard for both my husband and me to sleep comfortably. The location was excellent, not in the center but close to the tram station, providing easy access to everything. The service was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond for our simple requests. The dining options were great, especially for breakfast. Though the beach was patrolled and quiet, the atmosphere felt a bit rude. The hotel facilities are top-notch, providing convenience and comfort for a reasonable price.

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! Not only did I have amazing views of the pit lane and starting grid for the V8 Supercars Gold Coast 600, but it was also super convenient with the tram right across the road. The room had everything I could ask for with top-notch fittings. The only downside was the limited space due to one of the beds being a bit in the way, but with such breathtaking views over the entire coastline from the 23rd floor, I quickly forgot about that minor inconvenience. Being able to enjoy a night out and easily hop back to the hotel on the reliable and cheap tram made the whole experience even better.
